Gravitas has been a true success story of 2020 to 2022 - with our highest number of placements, multiple records broken, multiple promotions, expanding into bigger offices & brand-new teams. We are now looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing team in Hong Kong.
The purpose of an account manager is to:
* Grow profitability through expanding existing relationships and creating new contacts within an organization.
* Grow profitability through cross selling in Gravitas.
* Create multi-level relationships in the account
* Main point of contact for accounts which have been identified as key accounts.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of the client and use the knowledge to grow Gravitas's presence within the account.
* You will be required to use your network within the account to source new business opportunities for different areas of the business. You will also be required to collect and present information such as a competitor analysis and an issue log to be reviewed with your manager on a regular basis.
Recruitment Process
* You will be expected to fully understand the client's recruitment process and ensure this documented clearly internally.
* In partnership with your Senior Account Manager or Account director design a working practice internally to ensure maximum efficiency / control from Gravitas whilst still operating within rules of the firm..
* Ensure all consultants working the account are educated and have access to documentation detailing the process, terms and conditions and ownership
* Work with the back office to ensure a smooth invoicing process which is in line with the companies' protocols.
Client/Gravitas/Market Knowledge
* Map the client within the core areas we cover - creating market maps which are kept up to fate and checked with the client regularly.
* Understand and create core description of the business and USP and sales documents for each client.
* Understanding Gravitas' Unique Selling Points and Company Structure in order to separate Gravitas from the competition
* Being able to demonstrate at any point strong general market knowledge and able to answer the general question to a client "What is happening in the market"
Account Penetration/Revenue Increase
* Having clear metrics around previous years KPI re core measurables - Jobs, Interviews, placements. With clear targets to look to drive these forwards. This will be worked on with your Account Director
* AM allocated key managers into a momentum strategy with spoken to every 6 - 8 weeks and met between 3-6 months
* Client event strategy in place - utilizing round tables or drinks events for the client at least annually preferably bi-annually (every 6 months).
* Ensuring all terms renewals are competed and processed in time with any RFP also completed as part of the AM role with help from Sales.
* Structured plan in place and deliver of moving across the verticals in Gravitas with the goal to ensure we work with the client in every vertical.
* Following up on leads received from meeting and online jobs on new openings, using relationships to develop opportunities, following up on all potential business opportunities. Working with Sales to create a suite of value add services for the client base, bonus information, salary survey, senior moves, diversity, and ensuring these are shared with key accounts

Business Development - (Senior Account Manager)
* Identifying industry events (such as FINTECH week) for yourself and relevant Gravitas staff to attend
* Attending New business meetings with Sales on a land and expand basis - selling Gravitas USP
* Leading terms negotiation where necessary with new clients
* Ensuring client with previous relationships and terms are re-ignited and contacted with relationships picked up.
