Job summary
Responsibilities:
- Leading the transaction monitoring team managing transaction alerts, JFIU reporting, etc.
- Ensure effectiveness of the TM system
- Working closely with the Head of Compliance and assist with regtech initiatives
- Maintaining a robust transaction monitoring framework & program and ensure accuracy in detecting suspected ML activities

Requirements:
- 8+ years of AML/transaction monitoring experience in the Banking industry
- AML experience in Retail Banking is a MUST
- Sound knowledge of HKMA rules and regulations
- CAMS/CAMLP Holder
- Team management experience would be an advantage
