Job responsibilities:

- Lead and manage comprehensive deal processes of pitches, financial modelling and structuring, negotiations and execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the commercial real estate markets in HK & Greater China for cross broader loan transactions in syndicated / club / bilateral format
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
- 8+years of working experience in Banking/Finance/Syndicated Loan/Structured Finance industry
- High familiarity of real estate finance in corporate banking
- In-depth product experience in originating & arranging and executing syndicated finance
- Strong client and business networks with solid relationship management experience
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
- High adaptability for working dynamic and opened for changes with positive manner
