Claims Manager/Assistant Claims Manager, Personal Lines

They are actively looking for a claims professional for their Personal Lines team that will be able to handle claims-related tasks and both effectively and efficiently. Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant insurance qualifications.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of specific claims experience, supervisory experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Good knowledge of general insurance, expert technical claims handling knowledge, and call center management skills.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and communications and coaching skills.
  • Knowledge of legal systems, industry standards and protocol, and claims market agreements.
  • High awareness of inter-dependencies with other company specific functions, litigation process, and market/industry issues.
  • Able to prioritize and work to deadlines, recognize customer needs, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Desire to learn and be flexible to business change.
