Provide services to customers and sales channel personnel at remote Customer Centres
Support Life Operation Project, including LA and Claims Instant Cheque Services
Handle front-line counter enquiries and prepare replies to letters, emails, faxes, quotations, and document retrieval
Assist in checking and processing new business applications
Collect customer feedback and suggest ways to improve overall satisfaction

Draft procedures and processes to improve existing operating practices
Express concerns and suggestions regarding employee satisfaction
Timely and correct follow-up on customer enquiries

Requirements

Experience of customer service experience in financial institutions, preferably in the insurance sector
IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 is an advantage.
Excellent customer service and telephone manners
Good language and communication skills
Good administrative skills, especially in business writing
Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
Immediate availability is highly preferred
