Our client is a leading international brokerage firm with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They provide a wide range of insurance products and services to their clients, focusing on Employee Benefits (EB) solutions and health insurance.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects, identifying their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets via a consultative approach in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify clients' insurance needs and provide them with tailored solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and changes in regulations related to EB solutions
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on EB solutions
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin a plus
