Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall relationship with prestigious clients, maximizing client satisfaction and retention
- Lead a regional team in APAC: HK, Singapore, Sydney
- Interaction and liaise with internal and external parties such as Product, CSM, Client Delivery and Risk to ensure excellence in delivering services.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience in Financial Technology Services Industry of Sales/Account Management Success
Strong knowledge of the trading workflows or financial data segment is preferred
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and influencing key global stakeholders
