Due to unprecedented growth during 2021 & 2022 and a stellar performance over the last few months - a superb opportunity has arisen to join our HR Team at a Senior level. The role will be based in our Hong Kong office. Main Responsibility Employee Relations * Providing high level HR advice and guidance on policy, procedure and best practice to managers and senior management, balancing the commercial needs of the business with the needs of the employee * Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working, absence management and performance management * Driving current employee initiatives and establishing new initiatives related to but not limited to employee engagement, wellbeing and performance * Conducting training sessions with management team regarding their HR obligations, coaching them in HR best practice and working collaboratively to resolve all forms of employee related issues Process and Policy Management * Reviewing and evolving existing regional HR processes, policies and contractual documents in line with the HR strategy and identifying and implementing innovative improvements * Using key metrics to measure retention and engagement and identify commercial and dynamic recommendations for improvement * Identifying any gaps in our benefits offering through regular benchmarking reviews and proposing solutions as appropriate to ensure our competitiveness * Responsible for the collaboration and sharing of information between the HR Department and other departments in the business * Working with managers to aid HR planning in their business unit * Responsible for the liaison between the APAC and UK HR Team to ensure global policies are in line with regional laws and introducing improved processed for global business * Project managing a range of innovative HR projects as agreed with Director, and in line with company objectives * Supporting HR activities related to any new business ventures Management of the HR Department * Designing and driving the HR Strategy for the region * Working with Senior Management and Directors to identify HR needs and trends within the business * Evaluating and analysing HR priorities, successes and areas of improvement on an ongoing basis and ensure alignment with future strategic direction of the business * Supporting the hiring and development of all HR employees within region * Supporting the wider HR team with their day to day activities, through coaching and guidance to aid development and improve performance and capabilities * Responsibility for the management of all day to day HR activities in region About you: * Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources/ Business Management/ Economics/ Marketing/ Communications or any related disciplines * CIPD Level 5 * Strong interpersonal skills with good business acumen. * Driven and motivated individual who can embrace challenges with a positive mindset and celebrate success. * Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin What's in it for you? * Competitive Salary and bonus * 1:1 coaching and mentoring * Projects ranging from local, national and international scale * Succession to eventually head up whole Asia HR operations * Company incentives: all inclusive holidays, lunch clubs and beyond.
