Job summary
Lead the process improvement initiative at the Group Investment Operations
- Perform thorough review of existing investment operations processes from end-to-end for all asset types, including trade instructions, trade matching, trade settlement, corporate actions, cash and position management, collateral management etc.

Lead the process improvement initiative at the Group Investment Operations
- Perform thorough review of existing investment operations processes from end-to-end for all asset types, including trade instructions, trade matching, trade settlement, corporate actions, cash and position management, collateral management etc.
- Identify gaps/areas for improvement and propose solutions to improve and enhance efficiency of current workflow and procedures
- Implement process improvement solutions and document the new workflows and provide training to operations team.
- Support day-to-day investment operations as needed.
Qualification
- University degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields with programming knowledge
- 15+ years of working experience in Operations in financial services, preferably: insurance, asset management, fund house and or trust companies.
- Knowledge of a brand range of investment assets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, structure products
- Proven experience in driving and executing change initiatives.
- Organized, result-driven with good communication/presentation skill.
- Familiar with Bloomberg AIM, ClearWater, Alteryx
