Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and provide leadership to IT project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and provide leadership to IT project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
* Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
* Ensure communication and coordination between project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, vendors, and partners.
* Work with the development team in China/Hong Kong to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
* Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, develop contingency plans, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Requirements:
* At least 7-8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
* Banking experience is a must.
* Experience with Digital, Card, Investment, or Core banking IT projects is preferred.
* Experience with sizable projects is preferred.
* Technical background is a must.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to follow up on work proactively.
* Proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must, ability to communicate in Mandarin will be a plus.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
