IT Project Manager - Leading Insurer

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage complex IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within scope delivery.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliverables, and manage project timelines and budgets.
* Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and project schedules.
* Use agile methodologies to manage projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, and scrum meetings.
* Manage project teams, including project coordinators, developers, testers, and other IT resources, and ensure that project milestones are met.
* Ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documents.
* Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
* Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors are meeting project requirements and delivering on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the insurance industry.
* Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects and application delivery
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
