Our client, a well-established global Asset Management is looking for an Operation Analyst to join their expanding team. Candidate with 2 years' experience in fund management or accounting is highly preferred, previous experience in sell-side is also welcome. A great opportunity to be part of a young, energetic team.
Responsible
- Perform operational tasks such as: settlement, reconciliation, validation, confirmations, cash management, corporate action monitoring etc.;
- Regularly liaise with executing brokers, prime brokers, custodians, fund administrators.
- Support the maintenance of the order management system, such Bloomberg AIM
- Assist in implement of new public fund.
- Ad-hoc projects might be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in major of accounting, finance, or business-related disciplines is preferred.
- 1-2 years working experience in fund management or accounting.
- Good communication skills, self-motivated, analytical and attend to details.
- Sound knowledge in equities, fixed income, future, option, FFX etc.
- Knowledge on VBA, SQL, Python is an advantage but not a must.
- knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)
