Job summary
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full Operations cycle of including but not limited to settlement, cash position, reconciliation, trade booking, verification, event notification, trade advice/contract note and monthly statement issuance,
- Supervise and conduct client onboarding process including new account opening, KYC/ AML and periodic review.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full Operations cycle of including but not limited to settlement, cash position, reconciliation, trade booking, verification, event notification, trade advice/contract note and monthly statement issuance,
- Supervise and conduct client onboarding process including new account opening, KYC/ AML and periodic review.
- Lead and conduct UAT of system migration. Review and improve daily Operations procedure.
- Lead and coach team members, optimize workforce allocation when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization, branches and headquarter.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, business management or related discipline, with 8-10 years' experience in financial services operations, preferably in Bank, Private Bank or Wealth Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in settlement systems including but not limited to WealthConnect, BondConnect, SWIFT, RTGS, Creation-Online, Vestima, etc. and good understanding of wealth management system should function in supporting business activities
- Sound knowledge of wealth products, such as local and overseas equities, bonds, structured notes, investment funds, mutual funds, structured products, etc.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting such as FATCA, CRS, DPS, etc.
- Proficiency in HKMA guidelines including code of practices (COBP) and; SFC guidelines: Contract Notes and Statements of Account & Receipts.
- Logical thinking, hands-on attitude and detail-oriented
