- Manage and execute IT project delivery by preparing project documentation, plan, and progress reports to meet the project timeline and expectations
- Work closely with application teams and relevant businesses stakeholders/partners
- Manage vendors and monitor system integration quality
- Monitor project budget, scope, potential risks and resources to recommend mitigation strategies and solutions
- As a decision maker, adhere to project management standards and develop best practices
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 12+ years of project management experience in Financial Industry, with Life Insurance products knowledge is more preferable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
