Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Markets & Securities Services Operations Change Delivery for Regulatory Change on Trade and Transaction Reporting across APAC region
- Work with Technology and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of mandatory project
- Use program management techniques to manage project and understand sector trends and regulatory environment
- Communicate effectively, negotiate, and manage conflicts
- Understand risk, act with integrity, and be accountable and collaborative
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience delivering change projects in Investment Banking or similar environment
- Business knowledge of Global Market products within Operations
- Experience with OTC Derivatives projects is an advantage
- Good understanding of regulatory trade and transaction reporting requirements e.g. HKMA/ASIC/MAS OTC derivatives reporting requirements
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-organizational/geographical projects within Operations
- Experience working in multinational and multicultural financial institutions
