* Collaborative and consultative approach to work
* Strong people management skills
* Fluency in English, proficiency in languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is ideal

Responsibilities:

* Oversee regulatory and ESG related projects with a focus on the buy side
* Deliver strategic projects for APAC and run global programs
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
* Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required
* Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including senior management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Compliance, and Business Units
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
* Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment
* Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
