Job responsibilities:
- Handle origination and structuring of Syndicated/Structured Finance transactions with regard to sustainable finance
- Establish pricing strategies and conduct in-depth market risk analysis and assessment with Distribution team
- Work closely with RM team to identify business opportunities in sustainable finance market

Job responsibilities:
- Handle origination and structuring of Syndicated/Structured Finance transactions with regard to sustainable finance
- Establish pricing strategies and conduct in-depth market risk analysis and assessment with Distribution team
- Work closely with RM team to identify business opportunities in sustainable finance market
- Get in touch market trends and data of green finance, syndicated loan, DCM and ECM markets
- Monitor primary syndicated / structured finance transactions and market risk assessment quality
- Develop favourable banking relationship within syndicated loan and capital markets.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
- 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking in lending or relationship management or sustainable finance area
- Proven and solid knowledge in loan syndication with market connections
- Insight on China market and cross-broader finance is advantage
- Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment
- Customer-oriented with passion to cultivate business relationship
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
