For Manager/ Assistant Manager Position

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly business reporting, analysis and budgeting, focusing on business volume analysis, channel drivers
  • To be a trusted partner to business finance and cultivate efficiency culture
  • To improve timeliness and quality of management reporting and provide insightful analytics to support management decision
  • To involve in streamlining and transforming the team to deliver the management report to different business functions
  • Significantly reduce lead time of management reporting process and improve quality of the report with insightful analysis
  • Streamline and automate management report to drive efficiency
  • Deliver the management business reporting, analysis and budgeting and to provide insights and recommendations to management

Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum of 4 years' experience in insurance industry
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management reporting (FP&A)
  • Experience in Business Partnering and key stakeholders management
  • Client oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
