Our client is a global asset management firm headquartered in Singapore. To cope with their expanding business, they are currently seeking for an experience PE Fund Compliance candidate to join the team focusing on the Hong Kong jurisdiction. This position will be in charge of regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong and will be the main contact point with regulators.

Our client is a global asset management firm headquartered in Singapore. To cope with their expanding business, they are currently seeking for an experience PE Fund Compliance candidate to join the team focusing on the Hong Kong jurisdiction. This position will be in charge of regulatory compliance matters in Hong Kong and will be the main contact point with regulators.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate compliance risks of operations and business activities
- Provide day to day regulatory advice to relevant stakeholders and business units
- Monitor desk activities and conducting reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Keep abreast of market updates; update and enhance compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 7+ years of compliance experience coming from buy-side
- Hands on compliance experience with PE funds
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Well versed with SFC rules and regulations (Type 1, 4 & 9)
