We are seeking a motivated and strategic Regional Sales Lead to oversee our Shenzhen operations. This role is critical to aligning our regional sales initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring we drive sustained revenue growth and market share expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual sales plans in alignment with the company’s overall strategy and market positioning.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team that embodies the company culture and supports long-term growth objectives.
- Establish and execute onboarding and continuous training programmes to ensure a robust and scalable sales framework.
- Take full responsibility for achieving all regional sales targets, managing both performance outcomes and activity-based metrics.
- Monitor sales processes proactively, provide coaching and direction to the team, and apply a balanced focus on both process and results.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand industry trends and propose strategic shifts in product and business approaches.
- Identify and explore innovative commercial models and strategic partnerships to broaden market exposure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to streamline product, operational, and business models for greater efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales, with a proven track record in complex deal cycles (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales team management, preferably having coached and developed high-performing staff.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to build, motivate, and lead teams through periods of growth and transformation.
- Highly goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing market dynamics.
