Senior Account Manager / Account Manager (Sales Support)

Our client, a fast growing Fintech with specialized in capital solutions is looking for a Sales Support Manager to join the team.

You will be supporting the sales on clients' account opening, documents processing; act as point of contact to liaise and answer enquiries from clients etc. On job training will be provided.

Candidate with fluent Mandarin speaking, 2-5 years B2B experience in client service / account opening / KYC duties is highly preferred.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients
  • Proactively assist sales colleagues in addressing client inquiries and complaints through various communication channels including but not limited to WeChat, E-mails, phone calls.
  • Gather and understand clients' needs and feedback, and effectively communicate and coordinate with internal departments, including Credit Department, Technology Department, Finance Department, etc.,
  • Provide appropriate solutions and facilitate communication to counterparties.
  • Conduct data / documents collection, online due diligence and onboarding procedures for clients.
  • Take responsibility for sales data analytics and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
  • Short business travel might be required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience. Experience in handling clients from Mainland China is a plus.
  • B2B experience in handling banking, e-commerce, or payment platform industries is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with corporate or personal credit products is advantageous.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Excellent customer service mentality and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office.
