Responsibilities:

  • Support finance operations on a day-to-day basis, helping with various financial tasks.
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate and consistent financial records.
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable, managing incoming and outgoing payments.
  • Review and process payments and reimbursements, while also ensuring general ledger account reconciliation.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system changes to ensure smooth transitions.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting, with 1-2 years in the life insurance industry being a plus.
  • Holding a CPA qualification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, will be important for financial analysis and data management.
  • Prior experience with PeopleSoft accounting system and Concur, or similar software, is valuable for handling financial operations effectively.
