  • Act as Channel Responsible Officer for Life & General Insurance, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the quality assurance of regulated activities
  • Monitoring the existing product/fund platform and supporting the launch of new products/funds.
  • Provide inputs and support for the revamp of the product/fund platform.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for new product/fund launches within the Distribution Channel.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the necessary training is provided.
  • Coordinate with the Training Department for the timely delivery of sales training, CPD, and online modules.
  • Work with Fund House Partners to obtain regular market updates and investment training.
  • Coordinate with various departments will be required to arrange training sessions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of training curriculum and materials to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
  • Support the implementation and regular review of sales tools to align with the business focus is another important aspect of the role.
  • Ensure that all sales tools and sales presentation materials are approved and up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales tools to ensure alignment with ongoing business needs and regulatory changes.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and effectively communicate this information to all Licensed Intermediaries.
  • Ensure that Licensed Intermediaries receive timely coaching and training on sales practices, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.


  • University graduate, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the insurance industry, with prior experience as a Long-Term Insurance Responsible Officer preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of financial services and the insurance business.
  • Holder of IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5.
  • Familiarity with sales and distribution framework, as well as the local investment environment and market conditions in HK.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with strategic thinking capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both written and spoken English/Chinese.
