Our client is a leading international bank and they are currently seeking high caliber professionals from both Retail & Commercial Banking to join their Relationship Management Team(RM) as Relationship Manager.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provide wealth management services for individual Clients or Credit analysis for commercial clients
    • Identify, acquire, develop, and retain a portfolio of clients, expanding the company's customer base.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and financial goals, consistently delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.
    • Gain a deep understanding of clients on both personal and professional levels, enabling the creation of tailored strategies for wealth creation and capital preservation.
    • Provide expert financial advice, offering highly individualized strategies to help clients achieve their financial aspirations.
    • Drive business growth by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit targets through the development of existing and new client relationships.
    • Foster client loyalty by addressing their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners.
    • Develop a strong team culture within the team, fostering a sense of unity and loyalty to the organization.
    • Ensure strict adherence to compliance regulations and policies.


    • Possess a university-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related field.
    • For retail banking RM, they must have successfully passed IIQE (Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination) papers 1, 2, and 3, as well as HKSI (Hong Kong Securities and Investment) papers 1, 7, and 8.
    • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, showcasing exceptional relationship-building abilities.
    • Strong sales and customer orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exhibit a customer-centric mindset, consistently delivering high-quality services to meet customer expectations.
    • Possess a solid understanding of financial markets and a strong interest in staying informed about market trends.
    • Display maturity and independence, thriving in high-pressure environments.
    • Demonstrated commercial acumen with acute interpersonal skills.
    • Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential, while proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
