* Oversee and enhance product management and development, including conducting market research, analyzing customer segments, designing product features and offerings, and implementing the complete product development process.

* Develop a product strategy aligned with the company's overall strategy and focused on capturing the target customer segment.

* Drive product marketing initiatives, support the ongoing evolution of the product's value proposition, and enable effective product promotion.

* Lead product portfolio management and development activities, including collecting market intelligence, reviewing product competitiveness, and collaborating with various stakeholders involved in digital/system development, underwriting, administration, claims, and actuarial services to ensure product healthiness.

* Create online and offline sales tools and provide product training to empower and support agents in selling general insurance products and facilitating cross-selling.

* Develop and review pre- and post-sales marketing and policy materials to ensure customer fairness and compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements, coordinating with stakeholders for approval.

* Devise go-to-market strategies to drive distribution sales and upselling as part of product launches and offers.


* Degree Holder in Marketing or an equivalent field related to insurance.

* Possess a professional qualification in the insurance industry (LOMA or ACII of ANZIIF) preferred.

* 8-10 years of relevant experience in Product Development or Marketing for insurance products, with 3-4 years in a managerial role.

* Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and self-motivation.

* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds, with the ability to communicate effectively.

* Possess substantial experience and skills in marketing insurance products, able to make well-informed and impactful decisions.

* Display effective leadership qualities, inspiring and motivating stakeholders.

* Show willingness to work collaboratively in a team under high-pressure circumstances.

* Possess excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

* Demonstrate proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
