Our client, a renowned IT Solution enterprise is looking for a Head of Sales to joined the expanding business. You will be responsible for strategic sales planning, account management, solution development, and cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.

The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in the Hong Kong IT services market, a proven track record of closing large deals, and strong business acumen to drive sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially C-level executives and business leaders, to raise visibility and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop an annual sales plan in alignment with the overall company's strategy and objectives.
  • Identify and work with executive management to recognize internal and external opportunities and solutions.
  • Define and execute sales strategies to support the vision and leadership.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination to support the sales plan objectives.
  • Prioritize and drive sales strategies across multiple teams and phases to align customer solutions with business goals.
  • Implement and manage multi-channel selling strategies, recommending improvements based on market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in selling IT services in Hong Kong
  • Track record of managing a portfolio of USD $15M or above
  • Proven experience in securing large deals (Total Contact Value) of $10M USD or more
  • Background working at large IT services companies
  • Ability to determine gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends/results
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projections
  • Stay informed on changing market trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply/demand dynamics
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and industry associations
  • Contribute to team efforts while also achieving personal sales targets as an individual contributor
