Responsibilities:
- Conduct underwriting assessments for life insurance applications within authority. Ensure compliance with the company's guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements, and meet the agreed service level.
- Develop a deep understanding of the underwriting process and recommend areas for improvement.
- Handle underwriting inquiries from sales channel.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including preparing reports. Continuously meet the agreed service level while maintaining quality output.
- Participate in testing and ad-hoc underwriting tasks or projects as assigned by the manager.
- Assist in improving the team's performance to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder is preferrable
- 3-5 years underwriting experience in life insurance
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good team player
