Our client is a leading international brokerage firm with a strong presence in the APAC region. They are seeking passionate and driven Junior to Mid-Level Marine & Financial Lines Brokers to join their dynamic team.
As a Marine & Financial Lines Broker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client services, building and maintaining strong relationships with professionals in the industry, and leveraging your expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and risk profiles
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify the most suitable insurance products and services
- Continuously expand your knowledge of the marine and financial lines sectors
- Collaborate with internal and external parties
- Collaborate with the broader team to contribute to the company's growth and success
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a focus on Marine or Financial Lines
- Open to Underwriting or Broking backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong client-focus and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Keen interest in the insurance industry and a passion for connecting with professionals
