Our client is a renowned and reputative corporate bank with strong global network. Their Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team is seeking a driven Analyst/Associate with strong passion for complex deal structuring and M&A advisory to support the execution and origination of their market-leading acquisition financing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior managers to support for deal executions for the whole deal process
  • Conduct financial analysis & models, valuation analysis for credit memo, credit rating application for mainly acquisition finance
  • Support the preparation of financing proposals, teasers, and market analyses to support drive new business origination
  • Develop relationships with the bank's global RMs to obtain and explore acquisition financing opportunities
  • Maintain the team's internal transaction database and ensure compliance with the bank's policies and guidelines

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • CPA or CFA qualification preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in the origination and execution of structured corporate acquisition financing and/or LBO financing as a lead arranger or bookrunner
  • Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills, with the ability to prepare pitch books and other presentation materials
  • Good understanding of capital market products, syndication, and credit rating processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in an additional Asian language preferred
  • Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
