Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement marketing activities and value-added services that align with customer strategies to maximize customer lifetime value
- Develop and deploy effective customer lifecycle management and data-driven cross-sell/upsell campaigns to deepen customer relationships and increase share of wallet
- Design and execute customer engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle to boost customer participation and penetration
- Implement personalized and effective customer and marketing communications to optimize campaign response rates
- Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to create differentiated marketing activities, engagement tools, and privileged offers that drive customer engagement and enrich propositions
- Define metrics to track progress and success, and analyze data to enhance campaign design and offerings
- Stay informed on the latest customer engagement trends and benchmark against the market to identify and implement improvements
Requirements:
- University degree
- 5 years or above marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Team player with a self-motivated mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent content development and customer communications capabilities
- Well-rounded experience in marketing promotions, partnerships, and segment management
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
