They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their client support team to work together with frontline staff to provide exceptional services to their customers.

Job duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to handle their inquiries to ensure effective resolution and client satisfaction.
- Support frontline Relationship Managers in providing top-quality service to customers.
- Address referrals from other business entities in the bank, working together with the Relationship Managers to implement suitable solutions to meet customers' needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure a high level of service consistency.
Job requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of various banking products and services.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of general banking operational procedures.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
- Fresh Graduates with banking internship experience are welcome to apply.
