All levels of branch sales ( green zone - UB / GBO / APBM etc.) and insurance agents are welcome. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail banking clients.
- Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with account opening, loan applications, and other banking transactions.
- Achieve sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services to existing and potential customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1year of experience in retail banking or relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services.
- Qualification of HKSI, IIQE & MPF
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a portfolio of retail banking clients.
