Our client is one of the renowned life insurer in the region with stable business growth.
To cope with the recent growing business needs, they are hiring for a Policy Admin Team Head to manage the daily operation of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the in-house and offshore policy servicing teams to ensure smooth operations across various processes
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), corporate audits, legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage Department and Individual Performance:
- Establish departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) and individual performance objectives
- Regularly follow up, evaluate, audit, and uplift quality and operational efficiency
- Benchmark performance and drive staff development
- Review and update procedure manuals, guidelines, and training materials
- Align documentation with corporate standards to ensure compliance, service consistency, and transparency
- Coordinate and lead BAU system enhancement activities
- Drive product development initiatives to meet evolving business priorities
- Identify areas for improvement in policy servicing
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 10 years or above solid experience in life policy administration
- 5 years or above in people management experience
- Solid understanding in regulatory requirements like AML, FATCA, CRS, GN16, Levy, etc.
- Self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing
