Our client is an international bank providing a wide range of banking services across their corporate, private and investment banking functions.
They are looking for someone with strong banking product knowledge and client-facing experience to join their Client Support team. The role involves supporting Relationship Managers (RMs) to provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with the bank's corporate clients.
Job duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to handle their inquiries to ensure effective resolution and client satisfaction.
- Support frontline Relationship Managers in providing top-quality service to customers.
- Address referrals from other business entities in the bank, working together with the Relationship Managers to implement suitable solutions to meet customers' needs effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure a high level of service consistency.
Job requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- 1 to 5 years of work experience in a customer service role in financial services industry. (Fresh graduates with basic banking knowledge are also welcome to apply)
- Good understanding of general banking operational process such as loans application, account opening, documentation, etc.
- Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
