My client is a leading insurance firm that focuses on providing innovative insurance solutions in Asia. They have quickly grown to be one of the leading insurers in the market, known for their customer-centric approach and digital innovations. Currently, they are looking for a System Analyst to join their team to add value on the CRM and AI Chatbot project.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in insurance and banking industries
- Experience with C#.net or VB.net programming language is a must, Back-end focused is preferable
- Experience with RESTful API is preferable, know-how on micro-services is a plus
- Familiar with cloud environment
- Strong technical background and skills, 50% of the duties will be hands-on coding, code review, bug fixing, testing
- Strong communication skills, 50% of the duties will be communication between users and vendor
- Strong Vendor management skills
- Domain knowledge in Customer service applications and systems will be an advance but not a must
- Cantonese language proficiency is a must
