Job Responsibilities
*Formulate agency recruitment plan and strategies
*Provide market intelligence agency leaders to develop manager's capability and knowledge on agency recruitment
*Design lead agency recruitment contest and plan any on-boarding support to drive recruitment results
*Design different types of reports to analyze current agencies' recruitment situation
*Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders
*Support on driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives
*Support on other projects and events within department.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree holder
* Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience
* Proven experience in Agency recruitment process, especially in MCV agency recruitment
* Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
* Driven, well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
