Our client is a US-based accounting advisory firm with a strong presence in Asia. They are looking for an Officer Manager to provide administrative support for their Hong Kong office.
Job Duties
- Oversee general office administration tasks including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance services, and ensuring a well-organized office environment.
- Arrange travel logistics for company staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support to employees by assisting with project-related tasks, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage office events and meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging catering, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a professional services environment such as accounting or advisory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, clients, and external vendors professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software to handle documentation, scheduling, and data management efficiently.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
