Job Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast the business momentum of key broker accounts quarterly.
- Achieve sales targets in MCV business
- Arrange and provide trainings supports to brokerage channels
- Provide balanced view, insight, and constant feedback on brokers' and clients' needs around Products, Marketing, and Operations.
- Develop, build and keep relationships with business partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 5-year relevant business development experience in life insurance
- Solid experience in developing MCV business
- Prior experience in dealing and training with distribution channels (banks and/or brokers)
- Knowledgeable of insurance products and the market.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (oral and written).
- Fluent in Mandarin is required
- Good team player
