Job Duties:
- Develop planning and strategic insights and analytics across sales channels to actively inform and drive the business
- Share the best practice development and attraction activities and approaches
- Manage the agency operations, drive and implement various agency initiatives and ensure quality business and sustainable growth for life insurance agency channel
- Interface with other functions as required to gain approvals/information flows to deliver on distribution processes Enabler Support
- Oversee Sales Operations Support, Sales Personnel and Management, Distribution Governance, System and Process Improvement
- Explore best practice and market intelligence into the ideal service model
- Establish and develop services targets and strategies to support across distribution
- Continuously ensure optimization of distribution including service model and support processes
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- 15 years' relevant experience in life insurance
- Recent 5 years in managerial level with solid people management skills
- Holder of FLMI is highly preferred
- Ability to motivate members of Distribution and Agency heads to achieve desired results
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and retain key members of the team and win buy-in of the Agency force
- Sound knowledge of agency operations and their system in driving desired behaviors
- Good analytical ability and strong business sense
- Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure
- Excellent command of English & Chinese
- PC literate
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must
