Our client is an international shipping company with a presence in over 20+ countries. They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to handle the operations of their Hong Kong office primarily for daily administrative tasks and facility management.
Job duties
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as overseeing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating general office operations
- Supervise the maintenance of office facilities including managing vendors and organizing repairs when necessary
- Monitor office budgets, track expenses and optimize procurement and resource allocation for cost-effectiveness
- Maintain documents and electronic records, ensuring data management and confidentiality protocols are upheld
- Lead and support administrative staff, promoting a collaborative team environment and professional development
- Coordinate with HR department and senior stakeholders in the company to ensure a smooth functional workspace for employees
Job requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in office management, office administration or facility management positions in sizeable firms
- Strong stakeholder management skills with prior experience in handling senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese
