We are looking for experienced professionals at various levels - Senior Officer, Assistant Manager, and Manager - to join our clients' Distribution team for Commercial/P&C Product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage the renewal portfolio.
- Underwrite and grow a profitable Commercial/P&C portfolio.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and initiatives with distribution partners, addressing queries from clients and potential partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to organizational procedures.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years of experience in the General Insurance Industry (preferably P&C Lines)
- IIQE (Paper I and II), additional professional insurance qualifications is a plus
- Experience in developing a profitable portfolio
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset with a self-motivated approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
*Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager and Manager positions.
