Job Responsibilities
- Formulate agency recruitment plan and strategies
- Provide market intelligence agency leaders to develop manager's capability and knowledge on agency recruitment Design lead agency recruitment contest and plan any on-boarding support to drive recruitment results
- Design different types of reports to analyze current agencies' recruitment situation
- Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders
- Support on driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives
- Support on other projects and events within department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience
- Proven experience in Agency recruitment process, especially in MCV agency recruitment
- Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Driven, well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
