Our client, a fast-growing fintech firm that provides an online financing platform for SMEs, is looking for an Account Manager to handle client onboarding and provide sales support to clients.

Job Duties
- Actively support sales colleagues in addressing client inquiries and complaints
- Communicate with clients in Mainland China through various channels such as WeChat, emails and phone calls to understand their needs
- Conduct online due diligence and onboarding procedure with clients
- Work closely with different internal teams such as credit, data, finance and operation teams to facilitate client onboarding
- Analyse sales data from clients and perform sales data analytics
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, customer service or client onboarding
- Prior experience with e-commerce or lending industries and knowledge of loan products is highly preferred
- Experience in handling B2B clients from Mainland China market is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (simplified & traditional)
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
