Job Responsibilities:
* Process life insurance applications for new business.
* Respond to inquiries from clients from HK, China and Taiwan via email and phone.
* Assist in transportation arrangement and bank account opening for client outside of HK
* Create sales and marketing materials to support the Business Development team.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development team as needed.
Requirements:
* Diploma or university degree with relevant experience.
* IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5.
* Experience in working in insurance broker is a must
* Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and possessing strong communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and well-organized.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
