Award-winning training programme

We believe training is a key part of the Gravitas employee experience. All our consultants can access specialist coaching, mentorship, workshops, and classroom training across all levels from Trainee through to Director. Learn all about our training programme here.

Our training programme (or Learning & Development programme) has been recognised for numerous awards, with special pride in receiving The Princess Royal Award three times in 2017, 2020 and 2023. As well as this, The Global Recruiter awarded Gravitas with ‘Best In-House Training’ in 2023.

We attribute much of Gravitas’ success to our valuable our back-office services, recognised for their exceptional work with awards such as the Global Recruiter Award for Best Contractor Care, and two time winners for HR Vendors of the Year.
