Brokers

Brokers must have an expert understanding of the class of business and geographical territories they work within, with the responsibility to prepare broking presentations in reflection of the cover required. They play a key position in responding to potential client needs and providing a solution to their queries. To successfully do this, Brokers must build and nurture valuable market relationships, use problem solving and negotiate skills, whilst demonstrating market rate/pricing knowledge.

Producers

Producers use their insurance expertise and knowledge of potential client needs and coverage required to engage in product sales. Similar to Brokers, Producers will play an important part in developing existing relationships or build new relationships while being a messenger between the market and business.  

Account Executives

Account Executives manage existing or build new client relationships, whilst providing a consultation service across the entire client portfolio. Account Executives use specialist insurance product knowledge to give a personalised customer service, whilst carrying out administration and documentation activities. 

Account Handlers

Assisting Account Executives, Account Handlers provide day-to-day management of existing client portfolios, from inception to completion. Responsibilities include dealing with specified products (small, medium or large), jurisdictions and solving client queries. We are looking for Account Handlers that have strong skills in customer service and relationship management, driven by effective communication skills and a positive attitude to problem solving.
