Reinsurance Broker - Treaty

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of reinsurance brokerage experience with a focus on treaty operations
• Deep understanding of treaty reinsurance markets, agreements, and negotiations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reinsurance software and analytical tools
• Professional certifications such as ACII or CPCU are advantageous

 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
• Strong industry network and market knowledge
• Experience working with international clients and regulatory environments

 

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines, with a proven track record in treaty reinsurance brokerage
• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in the field, ideally within a global or regional context

 

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment alongside underwriters, actuaries, and other stakeholders
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
• No specific travel requirements, but industry conferences and client meetings may occasionally necessitate local and regional presence
