The Finance Transformation Delivery Lead will oversee and deliver finance change programmes, acting as a key driver for project success within the finance team. This role is essential in managing transformation activities that enhance processes and systems, aligning with wider business objectives.

• Finance Change expertise
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of finance transformation projects
• Manage and coordinate multiple change initiatives within the finance function
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements during transformation
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
• Right to work in the designated location
• Experience in finance transformation or change management
• Able to work in a hybrid environment
• On-site availability as required
• Availability to commence from 22/03/2026
