Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Officer/ Senior Officer (Contract) to support product marketing initiatives within the Insurance sector. This role focuses on go-to-market planning, campaign execution, stakeholder co-ordination, and performance tracking to drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales enablement across distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product marketing and launch activities, including positioning, key messages, and channel plans.
- Develop and update marketing collateral (e.g., product brochures, presentations, FAQs, web content) in line with brand and compliance requirements.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Digital, Compliance, Legal, Operations) to deliver campaigns on time.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, eDM, events, and partner channels.
- Work with agencies and vendors on creative development, production, and media placements; manage timelines and deliverables.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Support sales enablement by preparing training materials and organising briefings for distribution teams.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in product marketing or marketing communications; experience in Insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, product lifecycle, and go-to-market execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills; able to adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, analytics, and campaign tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation tools is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership; comfortable working in a regulated environment with compliance review processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); basic design sense is beneficial.
