We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the Health & Protection Product Team, driving end‑to‑end product strategy, development, and market success.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Proposition
- Track HK insurance market trends, competitor movements, and client needs to identify opportunities.
- Lead client research and develop innovative product concepts aligned with business goals.
- Manage product approval with senior management, regional teams, and distribution partners.
- Collaborate with distribution channels to ensure product competitiveness and strong sales positioning.
Product Development & Management
- Work with cross-functional teams to validate and deliver feasible product solutions.
- Lead product initiatives following structured project management guidelines.
- Act as product SME across regulatory, operational, and business development projects.
- Drive seasonal promotions and product enhancements as needed.
Stakeholder & Channel Engagement
- Represent the product team in channel communications, promoting product strengths and competitive advantages.
- Maintain strong relationships with reinsurers, service providers, and external partners.
Product Strategy & People Leadership
- Contribute to the long-term product strategy and roadmap.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen team capability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years’ life insurance product development/management experience, specializing in Health & Accident.
- Strong knowledge of HK insurance products, client needs, and market dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
